Picking and Packing

Our flexible approach to picking and packing is geared to providing you the Client with the service you require to meet the expectations of your customers.

This may involve taking full cartons from pallets or individual items from these cartons. This will be discussed and detailed in your specification and in most cases charges for these services agreed prior to receipt of goods.

After initial set up we can receive orders for your customers electronically enabling us to process your instructions quicker and by eliminating the potential for typing errors more accurately.

These instructions are relayed to our staff through bar code readers detailing the location of stock the product code and quantity of items to be picked. Using bar code readers updates the stock in real time ensuring accurate up to date stock records.

We are able to deal with and record batch numbers and best before dates at a pallet level

Once picked the order will be packed to the agreed specification before moving to the goods out area to await despatch.

All processes are covered by our Quality Management System with accreditation to ISO 9001
